Role Purpose

You will run the place where LA28's volunteers first experience the Games. As Associate, Volunteer Experience, you lead day-to-day operations at the Volunteer Experience Center, making every assessment, onboarding, training, and engagement session safe, welcoming, and efficient. You coordinate schedules, staffing, session delivery, check-in, and wayfinding, supervise onsite staff, vendors, and temporary workforce partners, and keep internal stakeholders informed so the volunteer program is ready for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. From the first session, you are the steady, friendly presence volunteers remember.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of the Volunteer Experience Center, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient experience for every volunteer.
• Serve as onsite operational lead, coordinating daily schedules, staffing plans, session delivery, volunteer flow, check-in, and wayfinding.
• Supervise onsite staff, volunteers, vend
