Role Purpose
As Counsel, you help LA28 translate ambitious plans into enforceable agreements in the years leading up to the Olympic and Paralympic Games. You support the legal team on the transactions and partnerships that make the Games possible, from venue and construction deals to agreements with government and delivery partners. You will shape practical, well-drafted contracts where the playbook is still being written, collaborating across teams to manage risk and advance key decisions with visible impact in a demanding, high-trust environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior legal leaders on business transactions, from venue and construction agreements to deals with government and delivery partners.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including confidentiality agreements, memorandums of understanding, and real estate documents.
- Partner with teams across LA28 to anticipate, identify, and manage legal exposure and risk as the Games take shape.
