What you'll do

Take ownership of the developer platform experience that powers how software ships at Lab37. This includes improving CI runner performance and reliability, streamlining the PR landing path, and designing caching strategies that reduce build and test time across a growing monorepo and mixed-language stack.

You’ll work with platform and release engineering teams to make builds faster, CI outcomes more predictable, and developer workflows easier to trust. This role is focused on infrastructure and execution quality around CI/CD under Cloud, especially during the transition as services continue to migrate into the cloud monorepo structure.
