About the Role:

As UI/UX Director, you will set the design vision for Labhouse and be accountable for the quality and impact of the experience across our whole app portfolio. Working as a direct partner to the CEO and Head of Product, you will decide how design is done in the company: the standards, the process, the team and the level of craft that sets our apps apart.

This is a leadership role with deep craft and hands-on work.
