Responsibilities Take internal narrative pitches and create engaging gameplay sequences, with a wide variety of outcomes, to reward player agency and deliver a fun experience Collaborate with narrative, art, animation and writing teams to create outstanding game content Contribute and own gameplay features and scripting mechanics.  Learn and eventually master our internal scripting framework and languages, implementing gameplay sequences and delivering technically sound features Be an integral part of the local team:  mentoring junior developers, sharing knowledge, proactively seeking solutions to blockers and participating constructively in discussions   Requirements  Able to clearly communicate requirements and solutions: explain complex ideas, suggest approaches and prepare pitches  Professional Technical Design, Narrative design, Gameplay Scripting or Game Programming experience Experience developing RPG games or games adjacent in scope or player-experience to Larian games Familiarity with Jira/Confluence or similar software Self-organized and self-motivated.
