Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

As LawZero continues its rapid evolution, we are seeking our first Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to partner with our VP, Talent, empower our growing team, and lead our recruitment strategies and efforts.

As an operational builder and people leader, your mission is to empower our recruiting team through agile processes, elevated candidate experiences, and global employer branding. In this role, you will balance team mentorship and strategic international frameworks to attract top-tier AI, research, and specialized talent, while providing hands-on recruiting support across critical mandates as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Empowerment: Directly manage, mentor, and elevate our talent acquisition team in Montreal; leverage recruitment data and analytics to optimize workload capacity and foster a high-trust, collaborative environment.
• Global Sourcing, International Recruitment & Relocation: Design and execute high-velocity cross-border talent strategies to attract world-class scientific talent globally. Oversee relocation, immigration, and global mobility processes to ensure smooth international onboarding.
