Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You'll run and scale the paid engine behind our consumer business, where people come to Leland to get into school, land the job, or build real skills with AI. You'll also help us build paid for B2B from close to the ground up, starting with the AI Builder Program for teams and companies and eventually extending to our university partners and other AI offerings that growing at Leland. You'll be in the accounts every day, and you'll use Claude and other AI tools to run more channels and more tests than one person normally could.
