About the role

Supply chain is broken. It's the foundation of our entire economy, but it (barely) runs on a mix of home-brewed processes duct-taped to some spreadsheets and emails.

As a Tech Lead Manager at LightSource, you'll be expected to wear many hats. You will be in charge of a team of senior engineers and responsible for your own work as an individual contributor.

As a manager, you'll be coordinating resources, driving planning and execution, and promoting technical excellence throughout the org.

This is a full-time, onsite role at our office in downtown San Francisco (off Market St, steps from BART and Caltrain

Responsibilities

Planning and Execution

• Ensure that work is aligned with business objectives and product goals

• Build execution plans meeting resource constraints

• Drive delivery of work against objectives

• Manage risks, problem-solve, and course correct as necessary. Resolve technical conflicts that arise
