We are looking for a hands-on Regulatory Compliance Officer to help run the compliance framework of Lightspark's Estonian regulated entity. The role will be responsible for keeping us on top of our regulatory obligations as the business grows, turning requirements into working processes, checks, documents and registers that stand up to supervisory review. You will work closely with the head of the compliance function, management, and teams across the business, giving practical compliance support that helps the company move forward without taking unnecessary risks.
