Job Summary:
The Manager, Quality, Health, Safety and Security (QHSS) supports the Company’s fleetwide safety management, occupational health, regulatory compliance, emergency response, and maritime security programs. This position monitors operational performance, conducts audits and investigations, manages safety and security documentation, and partners with vessel and shoreside teams to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
The Manager serves as the Deputy Company Security Officer (DCSO), supports the Designated Person Ashore (DPA) function, and participates as an active member of the Emergency Response Team. This position also supports fleet training, regulatory reporting, internal and external audits, and the continued development of the Company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and Vessel
