Job Description

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) Regional Product Marketing team sits at the intersection of our Product, Marketing and Sales organisations in EMEA & LATAM. As LinkedIn brings agentic AI to our product suite, this team makes sure our products are ready for, and win in, the region's diverse markets. We test and validate new products in-market and in-language ahead of launch, bring regional customer and field insight directly into global roadmap decisions, and lead go-to-market across our Hiring and Learning Solutions. That includes localised narratives and positioning, competitive intelligence, product presence at our flagship events, and enablement for our field sales and customer success teams. We work AI-first, building and using agents and automation to scale our impact across the region.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own how the region shapes and showcases our products. You'll lead our regional roadmap influence process, turning field and customer insight into prioritised recommendations. You'll also localise and land our flagship narratives across markets, and lead product presence at our largest events. It's a highly visible role with real influence on what LinkedIn builds and how it reaches customers across a region of many languages and markets, working closely with senior leaders at both global and regional level.

Responsibilities:

  • Roadmap influence. Own the regional process for turning field and customer insight into prioritised product recommendations for global Product, Sales and CS.

  • Product readiness and go-to-market. Test and validate products in-market and in-language, then lead regional launch from early access through to general availability.

  • Localised narratives and positioning. Adapt global narratives with local customer evidence, market data and proof points, in partnership with GTM Enablement.

  • Product at events. Own product presence at flagship regional events: expo, demos and PMM input into keynotes, plus scaled support for local events.

  • Field enablement and AI-first execution. Equip sales and CS teams to position and sell, and build agents and automation that scale the team's impact.

  • Regional Product Marketing Strategy. Build a deep understanding of our customers, markets and competitors across EMEA & LATAM, and turn it into clear, prioritised product marketing strategies across our Hiring and Learning Solutions. Proactively identify business problems and opportunities, build the business case to secure resources and buy-in, and adapt plans as priorities shift across the portfolio.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, consulting, business development or a related role, with experience turning customer insight into market opportunities, go-to-market strategies, program management and successful product launches.

  • Fluency in French or German or other European language.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • A track record of influencing global teams and strategy from a regional role, building strong relationships across a matrixed organisation.

  • Skilled at managing a wide range of stakeholders: aligning competing priorities, finding win-wins and keeping people informed and on board.

  • Turns customer, field and market data into clear product and go-to-market recommendations, breaking down ambiguous problems to reach a well-reasoned decision.

  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills; consistently leads with the "so what".

  • Experience launching or localising products across multiple markets or languages.

  • A self-starter who prioritises well, adapts quickly when plans change, and makes measured, well-reasoned trade-offs on scope, time and resources.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI and automation to scale your own impact, and confidence positioning agentic AI products in B2B.

Suggested Skills:

  • Product Marketing
  • GTM
  • Program Management
  • Product
