Loula is looking for experienced birth doulas in the San Francisco area to join our network of independent doula providers.

Accept Medi-Cal and commercial insurance without the paperwork. We handle credentialing, insurance verification, billing, and payment, and pay you twice a month even when a claim is denied. Birth doulas can earn about $2,600 per birth client they bring themselves and about $2,300 per client Loula refers, when they complete all of the visits the client's plan covers. Actual earnings vary by health plan and number of visits.
