Business Automation Specialist

Are you good at spotting inefficient workflows and turning manual processes into smarter, automated solutions? Do you have a technical background and enjoy both identifying problems and building the solution? Then you might be the person we're looking for as our new Business Process Automation Specialist.

Loyalty Key is a Nordic leader in the development and operation of digital loyalty solutions for the financial sector. As we continue to grow, we want to make sure our internal processes scale with us.

You will work across areas such as Marketing, Sales, Partner Success and IT, helping us identify manual or inefficient workflows and improve them through automation, integrations, scripting or better use of existing systems.

This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can understand how a process works, identify where it can be improved and take an active role in implementing the solution.

Experience with AI tools and AI-supported automation is an advantage, but the focus of the role is broader: finding the right technical solution to make our internal workflows simpler, faster and more scalable.
