Senior Product Manager (Shopify)- #35135
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an exceptional, highly autonomous, and forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to own the evolution of our client's platform. The product management is not an exercise in writing passive documentation or sitting in endless alignment meetings. This is a high-impact, hands-on delivery and execution role that requires a deep understanding of how physical goods move across borders and how e-commerce software coordinates that flow.
You will act as the bridge between our client's merchants’ real-world logistics challenges and elite, high-velocity engineering team (who leverage advanced AI tools like Claude Code to ship software at breakneck speed). Beyond strategic mapping, you will roll up your sleeves to manage day-to-day sprint priorities, groom Jira tickets, run rigorous QA and UAT, and act as a hands-on project manager to support seamless merchant onboarding. You must understand the Shopify app ecosystem inside out, know how a warehouse operates, and be genuinely fascinated by how cutting-edge AI developments (such as LLMs and agentic classification) can be productised to eliminate those bottle necks usually experienced by cross border eCommerce brands.
