Base Manager Cabin LEJ

Are you an experienced Cabin Crew professional ready to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for a Cabin Crew professional with a minimum of 3 years of flying experience to take on the additional function of Base Manager Cabin in LEJ.

Previous experience as a Base Manager or Deputy Base Manager would be highly valued. Experience in a specialist or management level office position on the ground would also be considered a strong advantage.

The Base Manager holds an important role within our organisation and acts as a key point of support for the Cabin Crew based in LEJ. We are looking for someone with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, sound judgement and a practical, people focused approach. You should be confident in supporting and developing others, handling challenging situations, giving constructive feedback and working closely with different teams across the organisation.

The Base Manager role is an additional function alongside your Cabin Crew position and reports directly to the Director of Cabin Operations. The function will initially be assigned for a period of one year, with the possibility of continuation based on a performance review. During the Base Manager assignment, the planned workload is approximately 25% flying duties and 75% office and base management duties.
