Regional Truancy Manager

Position Summary: The Regional Truancy Manager (RTM) ensures that a cohort of Mastery schools network effectively implements the network’s attendance response systems. This role focuses on reducing chronic absenteeism and truancy through tiered interventions, cross-agency collaboration, and consistent family engagement. The RTM provides direct oversight and support to school-based staff and serves as the primary liaison to external partners, including DHS, family court, and community organizations. The goal is to address systemic attendance barriers and promote student re-engagement in academic life. Reporting to the Senior Director of School Culture and works closely with the Assistant Director of Attendance and Compliance, this position collaborates with Network Support Team (NST) colleagues, school based personnel, local district offices, and community partners to align of resources to meet the needs of our students and families (as it relates to attendance and family engagement).
