Overall Purpose: We are seeking a Director of Social Commerce to build, lead, and scale our social commerce department across TikTok Shops and Live Shopping. Reporting directly to the SVP of Digital Commerce, you will be responsible for the overarching strategy that drives revenue growth across our entire client portfolio. The Director will define the agency’s "North Star" for social commerce, establishing high-level platform partnerships (e.g., TikTok, Meta, YouTube) and leading the team to execute against our operational frameworks that drive results in a fast-paced, results-driven agency environment.
