Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in successfully building and maintaining exceptional partnerships/relationships in the payments/financial services ecosystem
• Ability to professionally perform under pressure and resolve operational challenges 
• A sense of urgency and prioritization of multiple different types of tasks 
• Can build, understand, and communicate business and product impact in numbers and graphs. Knows how to generate actionable insights that can make a difference.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to turn problems into stories that people want to care about and articulate it all down clearly so that Melio's FIs Partners can get on the same page.
