Role Overview

Over the past 12 months, the business has been through a significant period of change, including a recent change in senior leadership. That change is still in motion, and building a strong, values-led culture is central to where the business is heading next. This is a real opportunity for the Head of People we’re hiring for, to work closely with leadership, right at the heart of that work.

Reporting directly to a new CEO, you will be operating in a solo capacity, owning the People function end to end, in this standalone People role. Think of this role as being a ‘strategic doer’.
