Executive Business Partner - Manager

As Mercury grows, so does the complexity of keeping our teams connected, our leaders focused, and the company operating effectively. Great executive support is an important part of making that happen and we think the way that support gets delivered is changing fast.

We're looking for a Manager, Executive Business Partners to lead and develop the team that supports leaders across Mercury. You will also provide support for one or two of our executives in addition to managing the team. You'll support a high-performing executive support function that creates leverage for our leaders and helps the broader organization operate at its best — and you'll do it by combining sharp people leadership with a fluency in AI tools and workflows. We want someone who sees AI not as a nice-to-have but as core to what makes an EA team excellent in 2026. 

In this role, you'll manage a team of Executive Business Partners, providing coaching, context, and clear expectations while creating consistency in how we support leaders across the company. You'll think holistically about executive support at Mercury — from how we structure coverage and develop talent to how we build and roll out the tools, workflows, and AI-driven systems.
