Position Overview: The Senior Medical Coder – Production, Training & Quality is a highly experienced coding professional responsible for performing accurate, compliant production coding while serving as a key resource for new coder onboarding, training, auditing, and ongoing coaching. This role helps ensure coding quality, consistency, productivity, and compliance across the department.
