3rd shift Industrial Maintenance Technician

The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production and facility equipment through proactive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts. This role performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on food processing, packaging, and utility systems while maintaining strict compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory standards. Working cross-functionally with production, engineering, and quality teams, the mechanic plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting overall operational performance.   Day shift and night shift hours available. 4am-4pm OR 4pm-4am    with the following example schedule:   Week 1: Monday/Tuesday on; Wednesday/Thursday off; Friday/Saturday/Sunday on Week 2: Monday/Tuesday off; Wednesday/Thursday on; Friday/Saturday/Sunday off      Offer of employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check, where permitted by law.
