A Day in the Life:

In the position of Facilities Manger, you will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure, building maintenance and ensure facilities are safe and well-functioning.

The Impact You'll Make:

• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. Conduct regular walk throughs and inspections of the facilities, survey and monitor building conditions. Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors for facility related projects. Oversee the work of contractors to ensure facilities maintenance needs are met (electrical, painting, plumbing, heating/cooling, ventilation, roofing, security, etc.).
