Our Product Operations team is seeking a Product AI Engineer. Working closely with the Senior Product Operations Manager, you'll take concepts and turn them into working custom AI and LLM applications, automations, integrations and tools for our internal teams.
Your responsibilities:
Build purpose-built AI agents for specific product processes: you’ll receive a clear brief (e.g. building a VoC agent, automating a synthesis workflow, etc.) and your job is to make it the best possible version: reliable, robust and built to run at scale without supervision.
