Key Responsibilities:

Development of Commercial Plans:

● Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive commercial plans that align with company profit and loss (P&L) objectives.

● Ensure plans are strategically sound and effectively implemented.

● Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

● Foster teamwork and effective communication across the organization.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

● Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics against predefined targets.

● Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

● Provide data-driven insights to inform business strategies.

Operational Process Enhancement:

● Work closely with sales and business units to improve sales processes and enhance funnel efficiency.

● Implement best practice
