As a Behavior Technician (BT) at New Story Schools, you’ll provide one-on-one and small-group support to students in home and community settings. You’ll implement individualized plans that build academic, social, and life skills, helping each learner grow in confidence and independence. Working within a collaborative, mission-driven team, you’ll play a vital role in creating meaningful progress for students with special needs.
What You’ll Need
Associate’s degree or a minimum of 48 semester credit hours from an accredited institution
At least three months of professional or internship experience supporting individuals with behavioral or learning differences
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance coverage
Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators
Ability to remain patient, adaptable, and professional in dynamic learning environ
