As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at New Story Schools, you’ll support students with special needs by implementing behavior intervention plans and providing individualized assistance that promotes learning, independence, and social-emotional growth. You’ll collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and families to create safe, structured classrooms where every student can thrive.
What You’ll Need
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High school diploma or GED
Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
Patience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence to support diverse student needs
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication
