This position is fully remote while being fully collaborative. Our preference is for those in Eastern or Central time zones. Currently, all of our team members are in the Eastern time zone.

With our unique team model, you will manage a "split desk," focusing your time on sourcing, engaging, recruiting and supporting law firm associate attorneys to match them with client requisitions.
