Language Professional Finnish and fluent English. Many of our clients work in Finnish, while a lot of our client teams and our own community run in English.

Skills Strategy and transformation leadership at the business and technology interface, AI and data strategy, operating models and roadmaps, leading ambiguous early-phase discovery, facilitation and stakeholder work up to C-level, change leadership across cross-channel and increasingly agentic processes, daily hands-on use of current AI tools, honest content-driven advising

DESCRIPTION

Are you the person who can work with a client's leadership while their AI and data ambitions are still fuzzy, and turn that into a direction they can actually act on?
Plenty of firms will sell them a strategy deck and move on. At Nitor we do it differently: we lead the transformation with the client and leave them able to run it themselves.
As a Strategy & Transformation Coach, you work at the interface of business and technology, from the first messy conversation through to real change on the ground.
