What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 25+ assigned Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities
- Conduct weekly on-site visits to support operational alignment, build relationships, and enhance patient flow
- Attend facility meetings (Resident Council, QAPI, care coordination, leadership) to advocate for NIVA’s services<
