This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in marketing, digital media, or content creation who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

If you live on TikTok, spot trends before your friends do, and love creating content that gets seen — this one’s for you. You’ll help us attract the next generation of cabin crew through bold campaigns, scroll-stopping content, and smart digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

·       Creating eye-catching content for recruitment events (think reels, TikToks, stories & posts)

·       Coming up with fun, fresh campaign ideas that drive applications

·       Making sure our job ads land in front of the right people, not just more people

·       Managing and boosting roles across job boards and digital channels

·       Tracking what’s working (and what’s not) — and levelling it up

·       Staying ahead of social trends and jumping on them fast
