Position Overview The Sr. Director, Clinical Research Operations is responsible for building and leading the full operating model for how N-Power executes clinical research at our network practices — from the onsite Clinical Research Staff (CRS) who manage prescreening, consenting, and protocol-driven assessment coordination in partnership with treating physicians, to the regulatory and clinical trial operations work ensure programs are run in a compliant manner following applicable rules and regulations.  This is a newly created, senior leadership role accountable for the staffing model, capacity planning, resource allocation, training infrastructure, engagement strategy, and performance metrics across the full function, spanning both the distributed CRS field team and the Clinical Operations team responsible for regulatory execution.
