At NPX, my role sits at the intersection of people, operations, data, and strategy. I've helped build the infrastructure and culture that enable NPX to scale, from standing up our Business Operations function across Finance, Operations, and IT to building a data-driven, automated business operating system.

I'm passionate about making NPX a company where we don't just belong – we feel celebrated. That passion extends to mentoring students and new grads, helping them make a meaningful impact early in their careers, and supporting my amazing team to reach their full potential.
