Job Description
As an NPI Engineer at NTS Eindhoven, you industrialise customer designs into scalable, cost-efficient, and first-time-right production processes. You work in a low-volume, high-complexity environment for customers in the semiconductor, opto-mechatronic, and analytical industry, where quality and manufacturability go hand in hand.
You take ownership of the entire NPI process: from proof-of-principle to a controlled handover to the production floor. Projects have an average duration of 1.5 to 2.5 years, during which you lead the technical and process aspects and report to the NPI Project Manage
