Project Manager, Data & Analytics

Location: 100% remote, seeking candidates in LATAM.

Contract Length: 1 year, with potential for extension.

Contract Rate: $35 per hour in USD. Final rate will be determined based on relevant experience and overall fit for the position.

NTT DATA is seeking a driven Project Manager, Data & Analytics to lead the implementation of a new Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). This position will own day-to-day delivery planning, project governance, risk and issue management, stakeholder coordination, and communication across business teams, IT teams, enterprise system owners, and implementation partners. The role will also serve as the functional lead for requirements management and solution design, with a strong focus on data migration, reporting, analytics, and integrations. The ideal candidate can keep a complex enterprise implementation on track while translating business and data requirements into practical solutions, driving decisions, and supporting the project through testing, go-live, and stabilization.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional lead for requirements management and solution design, with an emphasis on data migration, reporting, analytics, and integrations for the new IWMS platform.
• Lead requirements from discovery through approval, including data and functional requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Develop and maintain functional requirements, user stories, use cases, process maps, and traceability matrices, tracking them in Azure DevOps as appropriate.
• Define data and integration requirements, identify system dependencies, and work with technical teams to address integration challenges across enterprise platforms.
• Lead data migration and governance activities, including mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, data ownership, definitions, lineage, and quality requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional solution designs for data, dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics, and review proposed configurations to confirm alignment with approved requirements.
• Coordinate testing, defect resolution, release readiness, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Work with Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Data Governance teams to ensure compliance with our client’s standards.
• Partner with implementation vendors and business and technology stakeholders to resolve requirements and design issues, manage risks, and support project governance and communications.
• Define future-state business, data, reporting, and governance processes, including roles, decision points, controls, and handoffs across business and technology teams.

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, enterprise systems implementation, or related roles.
• Experience serving as a functional lead on a data-intensive enterprise system implementation; IWMS or Facilities platform experience is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience leading requirements management and functional solution design across complex Data & Analytics initiatives.
• Experience defining functional requirements for enterprise integrations, APIs, source-to-target data flows, and cross-system dependencies.
• Experience leading workshops and requirements elicitation sessions.
• Strong experience with data migration, data mapping, transformation rules, reconciliation, data quality, and master data management.
• Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and business readiness activities.
• Experience defining dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics requirements; familiarity with BI tools and reporting delivery practices.
• Understanding of Facilities data and business processes—such as space, maintenance, assets, workplace services, and capital projects—is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Experience working within enterprise architecture, information security, and data governance frameworks.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree required. Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.

Required Equipment: This role requires the use of a personal laptop. Candidates must be comfortable with company security software and device management tools being installed on their laptop as part of the onboarding process and for the duration of the engagement.
