This is where a clinical operations career starts. You’ll learn the mechanics of running a trial — TMF management, document coordination, vendor touchpoints — with an experienced team showing you how it’s done, on studies that matter.

Position Description

You’ll support Clinical Operations across every phase of our trials, working closely with the study team to keep documents, data, and timelines on track.

The Opportunity

• Help build and maintain study documents — plans, CRFs, manuals, and patient-facing materials
• Support the study TMF plan: track, collect, and file Essential Documents under the guidance of senior team members
• Assist with quality reviews of the TMF, flagging discrepancies for CRO follow-up
• Coordinate clinical supplies and lab sample logistics
• Support review of clinical data, listings, and reports
• Help build training materials and keep study trackers/metrics current
• Support meeting logistics — agendas, minutes, and Investigator Meeting coordination
