Co-Op – IT – ServiceNow Platform Administration

The NYISO is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administration Co-Op to support the health, stability, and reliability of the ServiceNow platform. Working alongside platform administrators and engineers, the student will assist with application and plug-in updates, upgrade testing, platform monitoring, reporting, documentation, workflow enhancements, and continuous improvement.
The student will also help create or improve service catalog items and automated workflows that reduce manual effort and enhance the user experience. This opportunity provides practical experience with enterprise platform administration, low-code configuration, software testing, data analysis, IT service management, and Agile delivery practices.
