Requirements

• 1-3 years of litigation experience including, premises liability, products liability, real estate, environmental disputes, insurance and/or general construction litigation.
• Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials.
• The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters, and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
