About the role :
As a Finance Controller, you will support the Financial Controller in driving the agency’s financial performance. You will act as a key liaison between finance and operations, providing commercial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring financial discipline across the business.
Key responsibilities :
- Analyse client and project profitability, monitoring margins and identifying risks and opportunities
- Support revenue recognition, billing processes, and monthly accruals
- Lead revenue and margin forecasting, as well as variance analysis
- Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes
- Partner with Client Services and Operations teams to support commercial decision-making
