We are a certified B Corp, headquartered in Seattle, WA The Job Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Director of Business Process Excellence improves how work moves across Omnidian’s teams to reduce cost, delays, and rework while maintaining service quality. This individual contributor establishes enterprise process architecture, standards, and governance, and personally leads prioritized cross-functional improvement initiatives. You will partner across Go-To-Market, Operations, Field Services, and Technology to map workflows, analyze performance data, facilitate cross-functional redesign sessions, and define business system requirements.
