One Pass is seeking an experienced and highly organize Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of events that drive brand awareness, client engagement, member acquisition, and business growth. This role will serve as the primary owner of all One Pass events, overseeing the full event lifecycle from concept development through post-event analysis.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with a proven track record managing corporate events, conferences, sponsorship activations, client programs, and experiential marketing initiatives. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to establish event objectives, define success metrics, and demonstrate measurable return on investment.
