About the Role
Motion design helps define how OpenAI communicates with business and technical audiences—across campaigns, product launches, customer storytelling, events, and ongoing brand experiences. As a Motion Designer on the B2B creative team, you will create motion work that makes complex technology understandable, compelling, and relevant to organizations exploring how AI can transform their work.
This is a hands-on role focused on craft and execution. You’ll work closely with designers, writers, producers, product marketers, and cross-functional partners to deliver motion that connects OpenAI’s products and research to customer needs and business outcomes while remaining clear, thoughtful, and consistent with the OpenAI brand.
