About the Role and Team
As a Product Design Manager at Weave, you will guide and mentor a team of product designers while operating as an equal strategic partner alongside Product and Engineering collaborators.
We look for managers who drive team excellence by growing designers into influential thought partners, while thoughtfully shaping experience vision, advocating for validated user needs, and driving overall product direction.
