Otterbein SeniorLife is an industry leader in health and human services serving approximately 2,000 people throughout western Ohio.  We are seeking an experienced, forward thinking Human Resources Director for our location in Tipp City Ohio.

The HR Director reports to the Executive Director and is a key member of the leadership team.  The HR Director and team, work closely with the Corporate Office to ensure excellence in human resources services in order to help drive the achievement of Otterbein’s mission of enhancing the quality of life and holistic growth of older persons.  The ideal candidate is a system thinker who can proactively develop and implement processes that improvement the recruitment, reten
