A leading provider of ABA therapy services committed to delivering high-quality care is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join their team.
The Accounting Manager will support the Controller in managing day-to-day accounting operations, with a strong focus on bank and credit card reconciliations, monthly close, and general ledger accuracy. This role will also oversee accounts payable, invoice and vendor management, as well as balance sheet and payroll reconciliations. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly reconciliation of all bank and credit card accounts across all locations, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping functions, including recording transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records in QuickBooks.
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including entering and coding vendor invoices and routing invoices for approval.
