The Role
The Sales Development Representative owns the very top of our revenue funnel for Practice Sales. If you don't build pipeline, nothing downstream happens — no demos, no deals, no growth. You'll report to our SDR Manager and work daily with Account Executives and Growth Marketing, but the outbound motion — the calls, the emails, the persistence when someone's said no five times — is yours to run. This isn't a role where you execute a script and hand off a lead; it's a role where you're the first person representing Overjet to a practice that's never heard of us, and how that conversation goes decides whether we get a shot at all.
