Product Manager - Chat

ABOUT THE ROLE   Product Manager for Ovoko’s Chat owns a core layer of Ovoko’s marketplace infrastructure: the communication system that captures real buyer intent, exposes missing information about parts, and directly impacts whether a transaction stays on-platform or leaks away. It is the point at which trust is created or lost, and where part-level gaps become immediately visible. Chat combines direct commercial impact (conversion, GMV uplift, leakage reduction) with deep product insight. Chat interactions reveal why buyers hesitate, what information they cannot find, and which part attributes or listing elements need improvement. As a Product Manager for Chat, you will own both commercial business metrics and the signals engine that generates insights for the product teams.
