Recruiting Coordinator

The Role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to own interview scheduling and help make every candidate’s experience with Parasail thoughtful and well organized. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and our leadership team to get interviews on the calendar, handle logistics, and keep everyone prepared and informed.

This role is for someone who enjoys meeting people, solving scheduling puzzles, and getting things done. You’ll bring a welcoming presence to onsite interviews and dependable follow-through to the details behind them. As we grow, you’ll help us find better ways to coordinate hiring across the company.
