Project Manager - Construction & ERRCS

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptionally organized and process-driven Project Manager to manage commercial and industrial ERRCS (Emergency Responder Radio Coverage Systems) projects from bid through final closeout. You will coordinate project documentation, construction requirements, contractors, vendors, customers, engineers, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs). You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, track deadlines and requirements, prepare and submit documentation, and ensure each project progresses smoothly from quote through completion. This role is ideal for someone with U.S. commercial construction project management experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with construction documents, permits, contractors, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Contract & Estimating

• Review and log incoming bid requests in the project management/CRM system.
• Review construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project manuals.
• Research and document project requirements, including construction type, square footage, stories, taxes, warranties, maintenance agreements, insurance, bonds, and other requirements.
