Regional Director of Operations - Douglasville, GA

Position Summary:

 As the Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee, plan, and manage the operations of multiple dermatology centers within a designated territory. Develop and implement strategic business plans for each center to achieve financial and service objectives in alignment with PhyNet’s corporate goals.

• Clinic Operations Management: Oversee clinic operations to ensure alignment with corporate goals related to service, associate engagement, and patient experience. Foster a culture focused on quality medical care and superior customer service while supporting the needs of physicians within the organization.
• Administrative Oversight: Direct, supervise, and coordinate the functions and activities of clinics, including systems management, budgeting, materials management, human resources, data processing, and facility maintenance.
• Daily Operations: Supervise daily operations such as patient registration, cash collection, charge processing, and referral/authorization management.
• Clinical Understanding:
